Scalable Session Management & Cost Control

The primary technical challenge was integrating low-latency video and reliable session management for paid services while avoiding expensive proprietary video SDKs. Robust authentication and a clear subscription flow were essential.

Custom Jitsi & Real-Time Session Links

Deployed and configured a dedicated Jitsi Meet server for cost-effective, real-time video calling. The platform dynamically manages tutor/student session creation, tutor confirmation, and automatic secure Jitsi meeting link generation.

30-Day Subscription & RBAC

Implemented a custom 30-day subject-based subscription model with secure payment integration (e.g., using Stripe/similar API). The system features dedicated Admin, Tutor, and Student logins with granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Auth/Access: Dedicated Admin, Tutor, and Student portals.
Billing: Subject-based 30-day subscription and secure payment gateway integration.
Stack: Full-stack architecture (e.g., MERN) for unified system logic.
