Last updated: November 7, 2026
01Overview
Web X Studio (“we”, “us”) designs and builds websites, web platforms and mobile apps. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or sending us a project brief, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name or company name
- Your email address
- The type of project you need
- The project details you write in the message
If you email or call us, we also keep the details you share in those conversations, such as files, links and requirements.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and timestamps. This is used for security, reliability and basic performance monitoring.
Preferences stored on your device. We may store small pieces of data in your browser, for example your light or dark theme choice, so the site looks the way you left it.
03How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals
- To deliver, support and invoice projects you hire us for
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse
- To improve our website, services and communication
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing emails unless you have asked to hear from us.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
06How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the data you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law
- Withdraw consent you have given us
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data
To exercise any of these rights, email officialwebxstudio@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
09Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites, such as client projects or social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.
10Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the website.
